Pros: THIS PAD IS THE GREATEST PAD FOR MY BACK.I'VE HAD BACK SURGERY AND EVERTIME I FEEL A PAIN I USE IT AND THE NEXT DAY THE PAIN IS GONE. JUST BOUGHT ONE FOR MY DAUGHTER.
